Before trying any other methods try turning off your Cable/DSL modem for five minutes. If it does not have an on/off switch, unplug it from the wall for five minutes.
Windows 1)Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd). 2)Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes). 3)Type "ipconfig /renew" (without the quotes). 4)Windows (second option) 5)Get to a command prompt. (START, run, cmd). 6)Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes). 7)Shut down computer. 8)Turn off computer. 9)Turn off all ethernet hubs/switches. 10)Turn off cable/DSL modem. 11)Leave off overnight. 11)Turn everthing back on.
